Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, (see notes about damaged surfaces below.)
To start a return, you can contact us at info@poppybeesurfaces.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Backdrop Seconds or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
If you'd like to make an exchange, please contact us for next steps. We will let you know where to send your return. Once we receive it, we will initiate your exchange.
